MANAGEMENT & MAINTENANCE

We pride ourselves in the availability and accessibility of our management team! We are here to ensure your experience is as wonderful as possible with friendly team members ready to assist!

At Gwinnett Pointe, we have an onsite maintenance team ready to assist! Submit a maintenance request through the online portal or get in contact with the office to ensure the request is addressed as quickly as possible.

We ask that all maintenance requests are submitted through your resident portal. If you need assistance completing this, our team is happy to help. 

AMENITIES

These pet-friendly Norcross apartments can't wait to welcome you and your furry friend to your new home!  We allow up to 2 pets per home with a $300 fee per pet, and monthly pet-rents of $15/cat monthly and $15/dog monthly. Contact our leasing office with any questions!

ADMINISTRATIVE & LEASING

Our applications take 1-2 business days to approve. If you have questions about the status of your application, please give our leasing team a call!

Renter's Insurance is required. We offer a master policy for all our residents, or you may supply your own 3rd party policy. For more information on Renter's Insurance, contact our leasing team who would be happy to discuss!

At Gwinnett Pointe, residents are responsible for paying all utilities. You are able to pay your monthly utility bill through our online portal for added convenience!

Come visit us and find your new home! For easy directions from where you are, you can use our Google Business Profile or call our leasing team for additional directions.

FOR FUTURE RESIDENTS

To apply for your new home at Gwinnett Pointe, visit the Floor Plans page and apply now! You are also able to apply through the Applicants link at the top of the site.
 

Subletting and short-term rentals such as Airbnb, VRBO, etc. are strictly prohibited.

When signing the lease you will pay the prorated rent and any additional deposits and rentable items prorated as well. Call our leasing team to discuss the up-front costs in further depth!
